Regarding my agenda, I think people have a lot more time in the day than they think. I'd bet that for most people, the time they spend on email/social media + TV equates to enough time to write a blog. But that's just my opinion. Some people are probably actually busy.

Easiest way is to block those sites from your computer for a few hours a day.
